"I was recommended Jamie as a PT trainer by a friend, I had 7 weeks to get my body bikini ready for a trip to Bali and I absolutely hate the gym/exercise. He was amazingly patient, dedicated and provided workouts that were suitable to my age and ability (he gives you exercise homework to do in addition to your PT sessions). He shows you how to use equipment and do exercises correctly – minimising the risk of injury. I dropped 6kgs and 8 cms of body fat from my waist plus more from other parts of my body! ‘I had worked with personal trainers before I started with Jamie. But none of them were able to help me achieve the results I have obtained working with him. From the start he made it clear that one session a week was not going to be enough. We agreed on two sessions and a commitment to a calorie controlled diet.

"I have been training with Jamie since the summer of 2018 as I was looking to add strength training to my fitness routine. I was already doing several cardio sessions through the week on my own, but it was not enough to tone and add muscle. Jamie built a great programme of weight exercises for me, took time to review my diet, and gave me guidance on the types of exercises I should be doing outside of our sessions. I have always found Jamie to be great to train with, he is calm, patient, caring and encouraging. It is a style that works for me and has resulted in me lifting weights I never thought possible. 'I started training with Jamie in January 2022. At the time I had been struggling with lower back problems and had my wedding booked so wanted to build muscle and loose weight - just wanted to feel my best self and work on some of my problem areas. Jamie really listened to me and was encouraging yet understanding in every session. I started once a week and then went to 2 sessions a week as I really enjoyed them and they kept me motivated. I lost 12kg and built muscle over the 17 months I trained with him. It meant my diet outside of the sessions was important but the progress I was making physically kept me on track.
If I hadn’t of moved to Australia then I would have continued with him as he is just great! I enjoyed getting to know him during our sessions and knew where and when to push and encourage me.
