With more than ten years of experience in the fitness sector, I am dedicated to assisting clients at every stage of their fitness journey I offer expert advice, customised plans, and a nurturing atmosphere to ensure that fitness is enjoyable and attainable for all.
Throughout my career as a personal trainer, I’ve had the honour of working with individuals of all genders, ages and abilities. These varied experiences have shaped my development into a well-rounded and enthusiastic coach.

"I have been training with Jamie since the summer of 2018 as I was looking to add strength training to my fitness routine. I was already doing several cardio sessions through the week on my own, but it was not enough to tone and add muscle. Jamie built a great programme of weight exercises for me, took time to review my diet, and gave me guidance on the types of exercises I should be doing outside of our sessions.
